Comparative Analysis of PI and ADRC Control through CHIL Real Time Simulations of a DC-DC DAB into a Multi-Terminal MVDC/LVDC Distribution Network

This article presents a deep theoretical analysis of the Active Disturbance Rejection Control (ADRC) regulator for control first-order systems, directly compared to “traditional” Proportional Integral (PI) regulator. To complete study, ADRC and PI are implemented into model single-phase Dual Bridge (DAB) converter regulate voltage Direct Current (DC) network.
